2. Services
We provide website templates, sitebuilder tools, invoicing, and related services. Specific terms for paid subscriptions and one-off purchases are described at checkout and in your invoice.
3. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Invoices and receipts are sent by email. Subscription cancellations follow the rules published on your account page.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact info@webwoven.co.za to request a refund. Certain digital goods and services may be non-refundable once delivered.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates, code, branding assets, and documentation provided by WebWoven are the property of WebWoven or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use purchased templates in accordance with the license terms provided at purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the Service for unlawful activities, spam, or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
